North Texas Behavioral Health Authority (NTBHA) seeks a Mobile Crisis Outreach Specialist to provide rapid crisis assessment and intervention using in‑person and telehealth services. This role operates as part of a 24/7 crisis response team, delivering assessments, interventions, care coordination, and follow‑up for individuals in the community experiencing psychiatric crises.
Key duties include telephone triage, in‑person crisis assessment, coordination with law enforcement, courts, hospitals, diversion programs, schools, and partner agencies, and maintaining rigorous documentation in line with NTBHA policies and state/federal regulations.
