Job summary

Career Institute of Technology is seeking a Cooperative Education Coordinator to lead work-based learning and workforce development programs for secondary CTE students. This role connects students with employers, ensures program compliance, and strengthens partnerships with industry.

The position requires collaboration, knowledge of PDE guidelines, and the ability to develop marketing materials and industry partnerships to promote program success.

Qualifications

• Cooperative Education Certification is required.
• Completion of bachelor’s degree in education is highly desirable.
• Five (5) years of successful Career and Technical Education experience preferred.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, management skills in areas of educational leadership, and students.
• Be highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment; able to multitask; be a strong team player.
• Possess skills to develop marketing materials to advertise program specifics and form industry partnerships.
• Possess knowledge of Workforce Development standards, Federal labor laws, and State labor laws
