Job summary

• Examine workforce data to ensure programs match regional needs.
• Build CTE programs with district leadership, IHEs, and schools.
• Initiate industry partnerships for contextual applications and external opportunities.
• Secure internships with school leadership for students.
• Lead MOU development with industry partners and IHEs.
• Support schools in data collection and analysis.
• Develop sustainability plans for CTE and P-TECH programs.
• Proactively improve programs based on performance and placement statistics.
