PageUp People Limited in Lafayette, LA seeks an admissions and recruitment specialist to guide prospective students through enrollment, present information, and coordinate outreach activities.

You will design and execute recruitment events, maintain cohort data in the student information system, and collaborate with Financial Aid to share funding options. Evening and weekend work may be required to meet student needs.

Formación

• Associate's degree or three years of work-related experience in admissions, recruiting, advising, outreach services, and/or marketing at the post-secondary level.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in a similar field.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate effectively in letters, emails, phone calls, virtual meetings, and presentations.
• Support prospective students by informing them of admissions requirements, program offerings, and financial aid options.
• Maintain and distribute reports showing recruitment and enrollment results and aid data-driven decisions.
• Plan and host recruitment events on campus and externally to attract students.
• Advise prospective students in technical and academic pathways aligned to goals.
