Job summary

South Louisiana Community College is seeking a CTE Recruiter & Entry Advisor in Lafayette, LA to lead recruitment activities and guide prospective students through the enrollment process.

The role requires strong communication, campus and external event coordination, and collaboration with Financial Aid and Academic Affairs to ensure accurate admissions information and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or three years of relevant admissions experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of Banner and Recruiter systems.
• Willingness to travel and work after hours/weekends.
• Ability to analyze reports and support data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment events on campus and at external locations.
• Advise prospective students on admissions requirements and pathways.
• Maintain accurate prospective student information and records.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and other offices to support enrollment.
• Prepare and distribute reports on recruitment results and progress.
