Qualifications

• Willingness to work after hours and weekends as required.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data reporting tools.
• Ability to learn college-specific software such as BANNER, Recruiter, and Starfish.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally via letters, emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
• Support prospective students through recruitment and enrollment processes.
• Maintain reports to show recruitment effectiveness and enrollment data.
• Plan and host recruitment events on campus and at external locations.
• Advise students on program pathways aligned with goals.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid and Institutional Advancement for up-to-date offerings.
• Use data to drive recruitment strategy and unit goals.
