Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience in student services, admissions, recruitment, financial aid, academic advising, or a related area.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze recruitment and enrollment data and apply findings to support strategies.
• Ability to learn and utilize CRM, student information, and enrollment systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students, families, and community members via appointments, calls, email, and other channels.
• Assist in developing enrollment marketing materials and communications.
• Utilize Slate and Banner CRM systems to track data, generate reports, and support outreach.
• Present information about Southern University to schools, events, and campuses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and external partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to implement enrollment initiatives using data insights.
