Qualifications

• Five years of professional career and technical education experience, including two years in curriculum development or program implementation.
• Two years of full‑time CTE experience in a 9–12 or postsecondary setting.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training in CTE that includes curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Policy leadership: develop and maintain policies for trade and industrial education programs.
• Program analysis: review current CTE practices and propose improvements
• CTE development: support high‑quality CTE systems and teacher preparation programs
• Field support: lead workshops, visits, and presentations statewide
• Technology use: share updates via email, web tools, and distance learning
• Research support: create or analyze data to strengthen CTE quality
