Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Six years of full-time, paid, professional experience in career and technical education or a related field including responsibility for program development and implementation and industry certification.
• Six years of full-time, paid, professional experience in the related industry area with program development and implementation experience.
• Ten years of full-time, paid, professional experience in the related industry area with program development and implementation experience or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors CTE programs to ensure implementation fidelity.
• Organizes and conducts regular on-site CTE programmatic evaluations/observations.
• Plans, develops, implements and maintains partnerships with business and industry, postsecondary and community partners.
• Administers processes for program evaluation.
• Assists in recruitment activities for CTE programs.
• Provides administrative support to district staff and teachers.
