Qualifications

• Experience leading policy for CTE programs.
• Ability to analyze and improve CTE practices.
• Experience coordinating with schools, educators, and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Policy Leadership: Develop and maintain policies for trade and industrial education programs and recommend updates.
• Program Analysis: Review CTE practices and propose improvements to support students, educators, and industry partners.
• CTE Development: Support high-quality CTE systems and teacher preparation programs.
• Field Support: Lead workshops, visits, presentations, and written communication for statewide CTE initiatives.
• Technology Use: Share updates and resources through email, web tools, and distance learning platforms.
• Research Support: Create or analyze data to strengthen CTE quality and practices.
