Job summary

Black Hawk College seeks a CTE Career Pathways Designer to expand and document CTE program career pathways and Programs of Study. You’ll build relationships with Adult Education, K-12, transfer schools, businesses, and workforce agencies.

You’ll document dual enrollment opportunities and manage pathway content across campuses. Responsibilities include coordinating with deans and academic departments, serving as a pathway design contact, and ensuring pathway documentation meets state guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years teaching experience in junior high, high school, or college level.
• Basic level ability with Microsoft Office, specifically Access, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support development and documentation of CTE program career pathways and Programs of Study.
• Document Career Pathways, K-14 articulation and dual enrollment opportunities.
• Develop relationships with Adult Education, K-12, transfer schools, businesses, and workforce agencies.
• Coordinate with marketing to design and promote CTE pathways.
• Maintain pathway documentation and ensure alignment with state guidelines.
• Provide pathway data and reports for college and state offices as required.
