Job summary

ICC Illinois Central College seeks a CTE Project Manager for the Peoria campus to advance CTE pathways and CCPE alignment. This grant-funded role supports dual credit, work-based learning, and early college transitions with ICC’s departments and external partners.

Responsibilities include coordination across stakeholders, events, and reporting on pathway participation and outcomes while ensuring FERPA-compliant practices and program quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of project management or related experience in secondary education, postsecondary education, CTE, pathway development, or workforce development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, databases and other related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development, alignment, and continuous improvement of CTE and CCPE pathways with secondary partners, EFEs, and ICC academic departments.
• Coordinate with counselors, coordinators, and the Early College team to identify eligible students, monitor progress, and address barriers to completion.
• Plan and facilitate professional development and training for secondary and ICC partners on CCPE requirements, pathway alignment, dual credit expectations, and early college transitions.
