Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage day-to-day office activities and coordinate communications.
• Process purchase orders and maintain department budget; manage supplies and forms.
• Maintain confidential records and prepare reports and promotional materials.
• Greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Plan events, workshops and outreach to promote grant services and program participation.
• Train student assistants and supervise project-related activities.
