Job summary

Uplift Education seeks a Curriculum and Instruction Specialist to lead the development and evaluation of CTE curriculum, resources, and assessments. This role partners with campus and network leaders to provide professional learning, coaching, and guidance that strengthens instructional planning and student achievement.

The position emphasizes alignment to CT Programs of Study, Industry-Based Certifications, and IB standards, with a focus on continuous improvement and data-informed decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred but not required.
• CTE experience is required; IB experience is a plus.
• Three years minimum classroom teaching experience preferred; formal leadership experience is a plus.
• Ability to develop high-quality unit and lesson plans aligned to CT pathways and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of CTE curriculum and assessments.
• Collaborate with campus leaders to ensure vertical alignment and rigor across programs.
• Provide professional learning, coaching, and technical assistance to teachers and leaders.
• Support CCC pathway implementation and industry-based certification attainment.
• Analyze student and pathway data to identify trends and improve outcomes.
• Coordinate with districts to ensure alignment between coursework and work-based learning.
