Job summary

Plan A Health seeks a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging in a hospital setting while prioritizing patient safety. You will perform CT procedures, operate equipment, and communicate clearly with patients and staff to ensure accurate, timely results.

The role requires ARRT-R and ARRT-CT credentials with BLS, plus at least 1 year of radiology experience. A strong focus on safety, teamwork, and adaptability is essential for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum of 1 year radiology experience.
• ARRT-R, ARRT-CT and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures following department protocols and capture diagnostic images efficiently.
• Operate imaging equipment independently and adjust techniques to optimize image quality while minimizing radiation exposure.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment and report issues promptly.
• Gather clinical history, verify orders, and ensure patient safety and comfort with clear communication.
• Administer contrast agents, position patients, and document in RIS/PACS.
• Monitor patient condition, respond to emergencies, and support infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to support department workflow and compliance.

• Administer contrast agents, position patients appropriately, and ensure proper documentation in RIS/PACS.
• Monitor patient condition, respond to emergencies, and support infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to support department workflow and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year radiology experience.
