Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging and a supportive patient experience in a collaborative healthcare setting.

The role requires performing CT procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring safety with ALARA principles while maintaining diagnostic quality. You will manage RIS/PACS, document thoroughly, and participate in department workflows with a focus on patient care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent as prerequisite.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications, plus BLS.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures following department guidelines and capture diagnostic images with precision.
• Operate imaging equipment independently while ensuring safety and ALARA compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness, disinfect equipment, and uphold infection control standards.
• Gather clinical history, verify orders, and ensure patient ID and safety before procedures.
• Explain procedures clearly and address patient questions to reduce anxiety.
• Position patients, administer contrast as needed, and review images for diagnostic quality.
• Document accurately and manage RIS/PACS systems; finalize studies.
• Monitor patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and support workflow.

• Maintain cleanliness and disinfect equipment, report issues promptly, and ensure infection control standards.
• Gather clinical history, verify orders, and ensure patient identification and safety before procedures.
• Explain procedures clearly, address patient questions, and provide age-appropriate care to reduce anxiety.
• Position patients, administer contrast agents when needed, and review images for diagnostic quality.
• Complete accurate documentation, manage RIS/PACS systems, and ensure proper study finalization.
• Monitor patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and support department workflows efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.
• Certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), BLS (Basic Life Support).
