Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging and support a patient-centered hospital experience. You will perform CT procedures, ensure safety, and maintain equipment and records in RIS/PACS.

The role requires ARRT-CT and ARRT-R credentials, BLS, and at least one year of radiology experience, with a full-time schedule and benefits including relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• Minimum one year of radiology experience.
• Certifications: ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, and BLS as per the job requirements.

Job description

Role: CT Technologist responsible for delivering high-quality imaging and providing a supportive patient experience at a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures following department protocols, ensuring diagnostic image quality while maintaining patient safety.
• Operate imaging equipment independently, adjusting techniques to optimize image quality and minimize radiation exposure.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment and rooms, report issues promptly.
• Gather clinical history, verify orders, and ensure patient identification before exams.
• Explain procedures using AIDET, address patient questions, and ensure comfort, privacy, and safety.
• Administer contrast agents, position patients accurately, and apply necessary safety measures.
• Review images for diagnostic quality, repeat/correct as needed, and document procedures accurately in RIS/PACS.
• Monitor patient condition, respond to emergencies, and support departmental operations and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum one year of radiology experience.
• Certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), and BLS (American Heart Association).
