Wellstar Cobb in Austell, Georgia is seeking a FT Weekend Night CT Technologist. You will perform CT procedures, ensure high-quality imaging, and maintain patient safety in a collaborative care environment.

Requirements include ARRT CT and BLS certifications, completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, and at least 1 year of radiology experience. Full-time schedule includes weekend night shifts with a sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• ARRT certification requirements and BLS certification.
• At least 1 year radiology experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and maintain diagnostic image quality.
• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and ALARA principles.
• Prepare and educate patients using AIDET; minimize anxiety and ensure comfort.
• Obtain history, verify orders and patient identifiers for each exam.
• Review images for diagnostic acceptability and finalize studies in RIS/PACS.
• Support department operations, maintain cleanliness and restock as needed.
