Job summary

Wellstar Cobb in Austell, GA is hiring a FT Weekend Night CT Technologist to join a collaborative radiology team. You will perform CT procedures, ensure image quality, and support infection control and patient safety in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires ARRT certifications, BLS, and at least 1 year of radiology experience. This is a full-time night shift with weekend coverage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and capture quality diagnostic images.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and maintain diagnostic quality at the lowest reasonable dose (ALARA).
• Document and finalize studies in RIS/PACS; verify orders and patient identifiers.
• Explain procedures and post-care to reduce patient anxiety; ensure patient comfort and safety.
