Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiology and NMTCB for Nuclear Medicine where applicable.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience or training in imaging procedures and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders and refer discrepancies to Radiologist before exams.
• Identify patient using two identifiers and prepare for procedures with explanations.
• Review EMR to obtain clinical history and record findings.
• Perform CT scanning and assist Radiologist/PA during invasive procedures.
• Maintain radiation safety and proper sterile technique.
• Rotate shifts including on-call, holidays, and weekends as required.
