Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical school certification or 6 months to 1 year related experience
• CT Certification must be completed within 18 months of hire
• ARRT Radiography, Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Therapy certs accepted
• CPR certification per AHA guidelines
• HIPAA and privacy policy compliance required
• Act 34/33/73 FBI background clearances required

Responsibilities

• Position patient and perform imaging procedures; analyze and report results
• Educate patient on procedures, equipment and exam
• Prepare and administer contrast media as ordered; monitor patient condition
• Prepare equipment and adjust exposure factors; perform quality control
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform other duties as assigned
