Job summary

Allegheny Health Network, part of Highmark Health, seeks a Radiologic Technologist in Pennsylvania to perform radiographic imaging with independence and professional judgment. You will position patients, acquire quality images, analyze results, and ensure safety. CT experience is preferred and an associate degree is required.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R) radiography certification required at time of hire.
• Preferred CT technologist experience; strong imaging quality judgment.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Positions patient and performs imaging procedures independently.
• Analyzes image quality and repeats procedures as needed.
• Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots imaging equipment.
• Prepares and administers contrast media when ordered within scope of practice.
• Reviews orders and educates patient on procedures.
• Reports results and ensures patient safety throughout.
