Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia, seeks a CT Technologist to deliver safe, high-quality imaging and support patient care. You will perform CT procedures, maintain ALARA, and document studies in RIS/PACS as part of a collaborative care team.

The role requires ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certifications and at least 1 year of radiology experience, with competitive hourly pay and shift differential incentives.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology required.
• Certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT, BLS.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and optimize technique for diagnostic quality.
• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and maintain ALARA dose levels.
• Obtain clinical history and verify orders with two patient identifiers.
• Explain procedures clearly using AIDET; reduce patient anxiety.
• Document accurately in RIS/PACS and ensure study finalization.
• Monitor patient condition and assist with emergencies as needed.
