Job summary

Aura Health in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT exams, optimize imaging quality, and ensure patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced radiology department.

The role requires ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications, a completed Radiologic Technology program, and at least one year of radiology experience. The candidate will work PRN with competitive pay, shift differentials, and access to wellness resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum one year of radiology experience.
• Certifications: ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT exams, operate imaging equipment safely, and adjust techniques as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards, report equipment issues promptly.
• Gather clinical history, verify orders, and ensure patient safety and comfort using clear communication.
• Administer contrast agents, position patients, and apply shielding and immobilization.
• Review and finalize images, document procedures accurately, and manage RIS/PACS workflows.
• Monitor patient condition, respond to emergencies, and support department operations.
