Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved radiologic technology program.
• ARRT CT certification or registry-eligible with 90 days to employment
• Current state license and BLS certification required
• Ability to operate CT equipment and related radiology information systems

Responsibilities

• Verifies physician orders and ensures procedural accuracy.
• Operates CT equipment and performs imaging procedures per protocol.
• Explains procedures to patients to ensure understanding.
• Reviews images for diagnostic quality and completes required QC steps.
• Maintains clinical operations and supports departmental needs.
• Adapts communication and approach for diverse patient populations.
• Collaborates with physicians and mentors junior staff.
