Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging and supportive patient care. You’ll operate CT equipment, verify orders, and maintain safety standards while ensuring patient comfort throughout the visit.

This role requires completion of an accredited radiologic program, ARRT certifications in radiography and CT, and BLS. A collaborative team environment and ongoing career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and capture quality diagnostic images.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and maintain ALARA standards.
• Explain procedures and prep to patients to reduce anxiety using AIDET.
• Review images for diagnostic quality and ensure proper documentation in RIS/PACS.
