Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Georgia seeks a CT Technologist to deliver safe, high‑quality imaging and support a positive patient experience. You will perform CT procedures, monitor patient safety, and collaborate with a care team to ensure excellence in care.

Qualified candidates will have ARRT credentials, at least 1 year radiology experience, and BLS. This full‑time day shift includes a sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.
• Certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography).
• Certifications: ARRT-CT - ARRT Computed Tomography.
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support).

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and capture quality diagnostic images.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and maintain diagnostic quality at the lowest reasonable dose (ALARA).
• Clean, disinfect and maintain rooms/equipment; report issues promptly.
• Obtain clinical history and verify orders with two patient identifiers.
• Explain procedures and prep using AIDET; address questions and reduce patient anxiety.
