Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a dedicated Computed Tomography Technologist to perform high-quality CT scans and deliver patient-centered care in Naples, FL. You will manage imaging procedures, operate advanced equipment, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities include interviewing patients, explaining procedures, coordinating with HIS/RIS/PACS, and maintaining accurate records. Applicants should have ARRT radiology registration, Florida CRT, and BLS certification; CT registration

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT registration in Radiology; CT registration within 1 year of hire.
• Florida CRT license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferably 1 year CT technologist experience.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

• Interview patients, explain procedures, and obtain signatures while ensuring ID accuracy.
• Operate power injector systems and maintain radiation safety standards.
• Organize patient information, reports and prior films for interpretation.

• Maintain supplies and support department operations with teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and produce accurate CT images, understanding department protocols and utilizing HIS, RIS, and PACS systems.
• Interview patients, explain procedures, and obtain necessary signatures while ensuring proper patient identification.
• Operate power injector systems and maintain radiation safety standards for patients and staff.
• Assist in organizing patient information, reports, and prior films for interpretation.
• Recognize normal and abnormal images, report findings, and document equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain supplies and support department operations, demonstrating teamwork and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

• Completion of an approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT registration in Radiology; CT registration within 1 year of hire.
• Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferably, at least 1 year of CT technologist experience.
