Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Radiology Department for night shifts. Responsibilities include producing CT images, assisting with CT-guided procedures, and coordinating patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients. Strong anatomy knowledge and ARRT credentials are required.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for external applicants, tuition reimbursement, certification incentives, and comprehensive health coverage through OPERS retirement path.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• AHA Basic Life Support certification or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, tumor ablations.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment, and examinations to ensure understanding and comfort.
• Work well under stress with minimal supervision and within the CT team.
