Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology is seeking a CT Technologist for the CT Department at the MetroHealth Medical Center campus. The role involves producing CT images, assisting with CT-guided procedures, and coordinating patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

The ideal candidate will have ARRT registration, CT credential (or be within a year of obtaining it), and Ohio Radiographer License, with BLS certification. Night shifts, call, and a US-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtain within probation.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT Guided Procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination.
• Collaborate with CT Team and other care staff; maintain composure under stress.
