Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Ohio is seeking a CT Radiologic Technologist to join our CT team. You will produce high-quality CT images, assist with CT-guided procedures, and coordinate inpatient and outpatient scheduling in a 5x12hr night-shift schedule with every-other Sunday on-call.

Requirements include ARRT CT credential or progress within 1 year, Ohio Radiographer license, and BLS certification. This externals‑only role offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and opportunities within a

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assists with CT‑Guided Procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Schedules and coordinates care for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educates patients regarding procedures, equipment and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Demonstrates on‑the‑spot critical thinking and effective communication.
• Works well independently and as part of the CT Team.
