Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a qualified CT Technologist to join the radiology team in Ohio. You will perform CT imaging, assist with CT-guided procedures, and coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

The ideal candidate is ARRT-certified, holds a valid Ohio Radiographer License, and can obtain ARRT CT credential within one year. The position involves night shifts, 60 hours biweekly, with a generous sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the standard probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examinations to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Work independently and as part of the CT team while communicating effectively with care staff.
