Job summary

Intermountain Health's Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, CO seeks a CT Technologist to join our radiology team and maintain ARRT certification while performing high-quality CT exams. You will verify patient identity, prepare patients, and ensure image quality according to department protocols. A safe, compassionate environment awaits.

This role includes 36 hours per week across three 12-hour shifts. Opportunities for continuing education, student instruction, and teamwork are emphasized

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) CT certification required at hire
• BLS certification within 60 days required
• Licensure in state of practice at hire
• IV competency within 90 days required
• Colorado fluoroscopy certification preferred
• Level II requires 3+ years CT hospital experience
• Current ARRT CT registration for Level II

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency and operate CT equipment safely and accurately
• Ensure proper patient identification and exam preparation
• Perform CT exams per department protocol and verify image quality
• Review images for clarity and anatomical coverage
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment
• Educate patients and coordinate care with team members
• Assist and train students and junior radiology staff
