Job summary

St. David's North Austin Medical Center in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a PRN CT Technologist to join our imaging team. You will perform CT scans, assist with radiology exams, and ensure patient safety and comfort while delivering high-quality diagnostic care.

The ideal candidate has ARRT CT certification, radiology licensure in Texas, and 1+ year CT experience, with BLS. This role offers flexible PRN hours within a advanced, multi-site hospital system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an educational program in radiology (JRCERT-accredited) or AMA-approved equivalent.
• Associate’s degree or higher in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• ARRT Radiology certification and ARRT CT certification required; CT certification within 6 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed CT procedures and demonstrate CT scanner proficiency.
• Document findings and relay relevant information to referring physicians.
• Adhere to radiation safety principles to minimize exposure.
• Participate in rotating call schedule and ongoing in-services.
• Provide patient-specific care and support throughout imaging exams.
