St. David's North Austin Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT and radiology procedures with a focus on patient safety and imaging quality.

This PRN opportunity requires Texas licensure and ARRT CT certification, plus a strong benefits package and professional growth potential. The CT Technologist will support patient care standards, equipment operation, and collaboration with radiology staff to maintain throughput and accuracy in a high-volume hospital setting in Round Rock,

Qualifications

• Graduate of a radiology program accredited by JRCERT or AMA-approved, or military equivalent.
• ARRT Radiology certification is required.
• ARRT CT certification within six months of CT assignment.
• Texas license as Medical Radiologic Technologist must be active.
• Post-primary CT certification pursued within 6 months of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures and radiographs per standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy and physiology for imaging.
• Document findings on film or in writing and relay relevant information.
• Apply radiation safety principles to minimize risk.
• Participate in rotating call schedule and ongoing in-services.
• Ensure staff training and competency in imaging areas.
• Maintain patient-focused care and service excellence.
