Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a CT Technologist for Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado. The role requires ARRT certification, BLS, state licensure, and CT experience. You will operate CT equipment, ensure patient safety, and deliver high-quality imaging.

Role demands ongoing education, adherence to radiation safety, and collaboration with care teams to support patient care goals within a 36-hour weekly schedule (three 12-hour shifts).

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) required at hire.
• CT technologist role requires ARRT CT certification.
• BLS within 60 days required.
• Licensure in state of practice at hire.
• IV competency within 90 days.
• Colorado role may require fluoroscopy certification.
• 1–2 years CT experience in hospital setting preferred for Level I.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency and operate CT equipment per protocol.
• Ensure proper patient identification and exam preparation.
• Acquire quality images and review for accuracy and relevant anatomy.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete studies within department time standards without compromising care.
• Provide patient education and address concerns.
• Coordinate with other care providers and communicate results.
• Stay updated on CT techniques and participate in education.
