Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a CT Technologist 2 to support our imaging team across campus. Under supervision, you will perform CT scans with independent judgment, ensuring safety and accuracy while maintaining patient comfort.

The role requires an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology, state licensure/certification, and 1–3 years of CT experience. You will operate scanners, ensure quality, document procedures, and uphold infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• CT license/registration (MA Rad Tech-CT or ARRT CT) and BLS certification required.
• 1–3 years of related CT experience required.
• Experience with computer systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and positions patients for CT, sets up equipment and ensures proper alignment.
• Monitors scan performance and adjusts as necessary to ensure accurate data output.
• Evaluates scan results for quality and completeness; can adjust display options.
• Provides support to radiologists and performs QA tests on equipment.
• Explains procedures clearly to patients and maintains infection control standards.
• Maintains accurate records and ensures exams are properly networked to PACS/AW/Vitrea workstations.
