Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a CT Technologist 2 to join the growing BILH team. The role performs CT scanner duties under supervision, with 3 x 12hr shifts and a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include patient preparation, entering scan instructions, monitoring image quality, QA tests, and maintaining records. Requires Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology, licensure, 1-3 years experience, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• Licensure in Rad Tech/Compted Tomography and ARRT certifications required.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• New hires must have BLS certification (AHA).
• Experience with computer systems including web-based apps and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and positions patients for CT procedures.
• Enters instructions into terminal for scan procedures.
• Monitors scan performance for accuracy and data output.
• Evaluates results and selects image display options.
• Performs QA tests on equipment.
• Maintains records and communicates with radiologists and nurses.
