Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in the Boston area seeks a CT Technologist II to operate CT scanners, position patients, and ensure accurate image data. You will support radiologists, conduct QA, and maintain records while delivering high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of CT experience, an accredited radiologic technology degree, and current BLS certification. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• CT license/registration with ARRT or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years related work experience required.
• New hires must provide BLS certification within 30 days.
• Experience with computer systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and positions patients for CT scans and monitors data output.
• Evaluates scan results, adjusts image displays, and assists radiologists.
• Explains procedures, maintains patient comfort, and upholds safety protocols.
• Maintains accurate records, ensures networked transmission to PACS/AW/Vitrea.
• Performs QA checks, room checks, inventory monitoring and incident reporting.
