Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT scans across body regions under the CT Scan Supervisor. You will follow established protocols, ensure patient comfort, and document exams accurately in EPIC.

The role requires ARRT registration, MA radiography license, and good interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include administering contrast, starting IVs, training students, and maintaining department efficiency through proper patient flow and supplies management.

Qualifications

• Two years of formal radiologic technology training.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• License in Radiography by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT scans of head, chest, abdomen, extremities and other CT procedures as ordered.
• Takes call per schedules and responds promptly to scan requests.
• Interacts professionally with patients and staff and assists in training students.
• Uses time productively to improve patient flow and department efficiency.
• Follows universal precautions and attends required in-services.
• Produces accurate EPIC records for each exam.
• Pursues continuing education meeting ARRT and MA standards.
• Willingly performs other duties as directed.
