Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Good Samaritan Hospital team in Lafayette, CO. The role requires ARRT (R) at hire, BLS within 60 days, state licensure, and IV competency, with Level II needing 3+ years CT experience.

You will operate CT equipment, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with care teams while maintaining high image quality and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification required at hire.
• CT-specific ARRT certification preferred.
• BLS certification within 60 days required.
• State licensure as applicable required at hire.
• IV competency required; fluoroscopy certification preferred in Colorado.
• 1–2 years CT hospital experience preferred for Level I; 3+ years for Level II.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency in clinical and technical CT functions.
• Operate CT equipment and information systems to produce quality images.
• Ensure patient identification and proper exam preparation.
• Perform exams per department protocol with safety focus.
• Review images for quality and anatomical coverage.
• Educate patients and coordinate care with providers.
• Stay current with CT tech advancements and participate in CE.
