Job summary

Novant Health Stokes Medical Center is looking for a CT Technologist to join our REMARKABLE acute care team. You will operate CT equipment, prepare patients, and ensure high-quality imaging under ARRT standards.

Required ARRT CT certification within 6 months of hire, state license, and education at the associate level; prior CT experience is preferred. A supportive, collaborative environment and opportunities for growth are highlighted.

Overview of Requirements

• ARRT (R) or (N) or CNMT certification required (must obtain ARRT (CT) within 6 months of hire)
• Prior acute care experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred.
• Experience: One year experience in CT, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
  • NH Medical Center- Certified and registered: by ARRT in CT - RT(R) or RT(N) or CNMT at time of hire. Certified and registered: by ARRT in CT - RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT) or CNMT, RT(CT) within 6 months of hire, required.
  • Applicable state license, required.
• Additional Skills (required):
  • Analytical ability, basic computer skills, good communication skills, ability to adapt to procedures based on age of patient, ability to interpret information to identify each patient’s requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs.
  • Prepares patient for procedures.
  • Operates CT equipment.
