Job summary

Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist to join our REMARKABLE acute care team in Winston-Salem, NC. You will operate CT equipment, prepare patients for procedures, and ensure high-quality imaging.

Candidates must hold ARRT CT certification (or RT(R)/RT(N)/CNMT) at time of hire and obtain CT within 6 months. State licensure is required; prior acute care experience is preferred and you will collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Overview of Requirements

• ARRT (R) or (N) or CNMT certification required (must obtain ARRT (CT) within 6 months of hire)

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred.
• Experience: One year experience in CT, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: NH Medical Center- Certified and registered: by ARRT in CT - RT(R) or RT(N) or CNMT at time of hire. Certified and registered: by ARRT in CT - RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT) or CNMT, RT(CT) within 6 months of hire, required. Applicable state license, required.
• Additional Skills (required): Analytical ability, basic computer skills, good communication skills, ability to adapt to procedures based on age of patient, ability to interpret information to identify each patient’s requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs. Prepares patient for procedures. Operates CT equipment.
