Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a CT Technologist for Navicent Health Medical Center - CT. This full-time position is 36 hours weekly, with schedule Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7am–7:30pm, and benefits eligibility. The role includes CT scanning, patient care, and radiology safety within a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities include processing orders, preparing patients, and coordinating with Radiologists. ARRT radiology or NMTCB with CT registry within one year is required, along with BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-recognized Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiology or NMTCB; CT registry within one year of hire.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process orders; refer discrepancies to Radiologist.
• Prepare patients and explain procedures; identify patient using two identifiers.
• Perform CT scanning and assist Radiologist/PA; maintain sterile technique.
