Job summary

HCA Florida Aventura Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT imaging in inpatient and outpatient settings. You will operate CT equipment, prepare patients, obtain consent, and explain procedures to ensure high-quality diagnostic images.

Qualified candidates will hold ARRT-CT or RT Radiologic Technologist credentials and must obtain BLS within 30 days of employment. This role supports a comprehensive benefits program and a collaborative radiology team.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• ARRT-R Radiography credential required.
• ARRT-CT Computed Tomography credential, or RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer credential.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepare patients, obtain consent, and explain procedures.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and document procedures accurately.
• Assist in patient positioning and image optimization as needed.
