Wellstar Cobb Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging and a supportive patient experience in Cobb County, GA. You will perform CT exams, ensure patient safety, and collaborate within a care team to support department efficiency.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; accredited radiologic tech program completed.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications (CT) preferred; BLS required.
• Minimum 1 year radiology experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform CT procedures per department guidelines using ALARA principles.
• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and maintain diagnostic quality.
• Prepare and position patients, apply markers, shielding, and immobilization as indicated.
• Review images for diagnostic acceptability and repeat if needed.
• Accurately document studies in RIS/PACS and manage transfers as required.
• Monitor patient condition, respond to emergencies, restock crash cart and life-support equipment.
