Job description

Role Overview:

The CT Technologist supports multiple imaging services across facilities, delivering high-quality scans and compassionate patient care. This role involves performing CT exams, verifying patient information, explaining procedures, preparing patients, and operating imaging equipment safely. The technologist is responsible for administering contrast media, monitoring for adverse reactions, optimizing image quality while minimizing radiation exposure, and ensuring accurate documentation. Additionally, they maintain equipment, support daily operations, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, and at least 2 years of hospital-based radiologic and CT experience. Required certifications include ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, and BLS. Strong communication, technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks are essential.
