Job summary

ChristianaCare Health System is seeking a part-time CT Technologist to perform CT imaging for in-patients and outpatients, with evenings and overnights on a rotating schedule. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates, and weekend/holiday requirements apply. ARRT CT registry and Delaware Radiation Protection license are required.

The role includes QC, patient assessment, and supervision of students and new staff, with a focus on safety and accuracy in imaging procedures.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT Registry required.
• Delaware license for Radiation Protection required.
• CT Registry exam must be completed within 2 years of hire.
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• Equivalent education/experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of CT Scan Testing for in-patients and outpatients.
• Perform other diagnostic imaging exams as skills permit.
• Perform clerical and scheduling duties as needed.
• Assist in learning of students and new staff in procedures, QC and safety.
• Administer contrast media under physician supervision.
• Assess patients for adverse reactions and status changes.
