Job summary

ChristianaCare’s Newark Hospital Imaging Department is hiring a CT Technologist for the midnight shift (2300-1130), 3 out of 4 weekends and every 3rd holiday. The role performs all CT imaging duties on in-patients and outpatients under radiologist supervision.

Requirements include ARRT CT registry, Delaware Radiation Protection license, and CT Registry exam if not certified. An Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology is preferred. Sign-on bonus eligible for this position.

Qualifications

• Completion of ARRT CT registry required.
• Delaware Radiation Protection license required.
• CT Registry exam must be completed if not already certified (2-year window).
• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• Equivalent education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of CT Scan testing per department protocols.
• Work with in-patients and outpatients under Radiologist direction.
• Perform other diagnostic imaging exams as skills permit.
• Assist with clerical and scheduling duties as needed.
• Provide education and supervision to students and new staff.
