Job summary

Wellstar is seeking a CT Technologist at Cobb Hospital in Georgia. The role delivers high-quality CT imaging and exemplary patient care within a collaborative radiology team. You’ll follow ALARA practices, document procedures precisely, and monitor patients throughout exams to ensure safety and comfort.

Eligible candidates have ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications, BLS, and at least one year of radiology experience. This on-site opening includes benefits such as PTO and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and maintain diagnostic quality.
• Document studies accurately in RIS/PACS.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain infection control and restock equipment as needed.
• Explain procedures and address patient questions using AIDET.
